About the Firm
Two decades of experience. One point of view.
Nimmons Group was built on a simple premise: the best strategic counsel comes from people who have actually done the work — not just advised on it.
The Firm
Nimmons Group is a boutique media consultancy founded to serve senior leaders and organizations navigating the most consequential decisions in their business lives. We work at the intersection of strategy, content, and commerce — advising on the questions that don't have easy answers.
We are not a large agency. We don't take on dozens of clients at once, and we don't staff engagements with junior associates. Every client works directly with our founder, and every engagement reflects the full weight of our experience and judgment.
Our clients are media executives, founders, investors, and boards who need a trusted outside perspective — someone who understands the industry deeply, has no conflicting agenda, and will tell them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.
Leadership
Brad Nimmons
Principal & Founder
Built by a practitioner, not a consultant.
Brad Nimmons is a seasoned media, technology, and client solutions executive who has spent his career helping organizations turn complex data, technology, and audience insights into practical business results.
His experience spans strategic account management, media technology, audience measurement, digital media, client solutions, training, and executive-level relationship management. He has worked extensively with television broadcasters, media companies, advertisers, and technology partners — often serving as the bridge between sophisticated products and the people who need to understand, adopt, and benefit from them.
Throughout his career with organizations including Comscore, Rentrak, Media General, and Nielsen, Brad has built long-term client relationships, led account management initiatives, delivered executive presentations and training, and helped customers navigate significant change in media, measurement, and technology.
He is not only the founder of Nimmons Group, LLC, but co-founder of ARL (Autism Researchers Link) — a global community of over 47,000 members connecting medical professionals, researchers, and families impacted by autism.
How we operate
Directness
We tell clients what we actually think. If we believe a proposed course of action is wrong, we say so — clearly, and with our reasoning.
Confidentiality
Our clients share sensitive information. We treat that trust as foundational. We do not discuss client engagements, and we do not use one client's information to benefit another.
Independence
We have no financial relationships with platforms, distributors, or vendors that could influence our advice. Our only obligation is to the client in front of us.
Selectivity
We take on a small number of engagements at any given time. This is deliberate. It means every client gets our full attention — not a fraction of it.
Ready to work together?
We're selective about the engagements we take on — which means when we say yes, we mean it fully.
